I Went Fishing

　　　On August 5, I went to Wakayama  with my father to fish. I woke up early as soon as I drove my car. We left the house at 5:00 a.m.  We enjoyed driving midnight. We arrived at Hidaka town 7 am.

There was a very beautiful sun and the weather was fantastic. The beach was marvelous and seawater was very clear. I could hear refreshing sound of wave. I felt the lively sea breeze.　Other anglers have already caught several fishes.

We prepared for fishing and threw the hook that put bait in the sea. Immediately, the fish will bite my tool. I could the very beautiful fish. The fish is “Kisu”.  Kisu is slender and pearl pink as if queen under the sea. I caught a big fish in a few minutes. I was surprised very much because the Kisu was 25 centimeters. I have not caught such a big fish so far.　When it was noon, the temperature was 30 degrees Celsius. We couldn’t fish.

Consequencely, we caught about twenty fishes. We went home, and cooked it tempura.　 I made the biggest fish sashimi. It was specially taste because, I caught it myself. I’m happy in that I spent good summer vacation with my father.

 

Student teaching

      I went to student teaching for three weeks from June 2. There were few opportunities to usually associate with children, and I was uneasy whether I might make friends with children.

     When student teaching began, three weeks passed immediately. I “resemble it how today and will say” every day, because junior high students are very obedient and comes out straight even if reaction for the pressure of the teacher is good or bad. I had a good experience and was happy.

     What I felt to see teachers was they praise children well. They praised even a small thing greatly, it was necessary for children to keep confidence and raise a motivation. I understood for the words of the teacher that “the child cannot have confidence toward oneself if somebody did not recognize” it. I coped with a wrong thing in a resolute manner, and the right thing did evaluation good properly, and what I praised was important and thought that the accumulation was connected in what could deepen a relationship of mutual trust with the child. Because this is the same for not only the junior high student but also students of primary school and high school students, I want to be ateacher having such correspondence.

     I felt one class must be a class to be able to think to have “been happy” for children. I want to study for the pleasant class affecting expectation of children. There were many failure of the class but I enjoyed this experience.

A suit of clothes

Why Do You Want To Be An English Teacher？

 

There are three reasons that I want to be an English teacher.

 

First, I have been in contact with foreigners for a long time, because I have studied at

 

English conversation schools. I have met teachers from various countries. For example,

 

USA, Canada, China, and so on. I am interested in learning about different cultures

 

through my conversation with them. This helps build up my confidence. So, I want to

 

teach children about other culture using English.

 

Second, I want to be an excellent English teacher like a teacher of my high schools

 

days. He has been to USA many times. And, he taught us American culture and

 

custom. In addition, he read an English newspaper every day because he was diligent.

 

He taught us a lot of collocations. He often cracked a joke in English during a class.

 

Third, it is easier to be an English teacher than history teacher. I have the license of

 

social studies. It is very difficult to be a teacher of social studies because many people

 

have the social studies license. All elementary school in Japan is introduced English

 

education. So, ministry of education will increase number of English teacher. It is

 

good sound for me. This is why I decided to get a English teacher’s license.

 

Why Do You Want To Be An English Teacher?

        A law changed, it was decided that English education was introduced into all elementary schools. English ability will be necessary because global consciousness rise.

Japan is inferior in a point of the English education in comparison with the other

developed nations.

        In Japan, there are a lot of children who are weak in English. So, I want to tell them to speak fun of English. And I want to teach English more happily. If I become ateacher, I  want to promote ability for conversation of students.IusemymethodwhichusesWestern music and movie. Students can lean grammar with music word. Inaddition, Studentscan learn many unique expressions by using movies. There are a lot of splendidexpression which can express only in English. It is important for students to learn grammar, but students do not become motivated without interest. These intend to beabletounderstand American culture and British culture. I want to sometimes talk about the European history or the American history because I have a teaching license of  the history. I want to let talks positively to improve their ability of English speaking. My dream is break off English phobia of students.
